While we have bought and sold a number of houses, we have never before received such a level of excellence. The experience at each step of the effort was superior given the challenges of becoming “ snow birds” living in Indiana and buying in Florida. The journey began in February of 2015 and ended in a successful closing on August 31, 2015. The February trip from Indiana to Florida turned out to be fruitless and we were discouraged. We liked what we saw and determined it was worth the airfare to see it in person. The rest is history and are now owners of a mobile home in a 55+ park near New Port Richey. The seller was a bit difficult but Thomas kept everyone focused as he has incredible communication and negotiating skills that I would put up against any past real estate professionals we have worked with. I got the price I wanted and sold in time to move in to my new home also…Selling my home in a tight real estate market really scared me.
