The HOA fees are separated into three categories. There is a universal assessment of $486.38 for the community, a universal CDD fee which is incorporated into your annual property taxes at $1,330 – $2,030. The monthly HOA is yet to be determined in all of the communities but will likely be in the $175.00 to 200.00 range. The schools in the area are highly rated as well with Bexley Elementary which is actually located in the Bexley Community. You also have Charles S. Rushe Middle School and Sunlake High School which are both located about 2 miles from the Bexley Community.
